ATS Infrastructure Limited traces its origins to 1998, when Getamber Anand set up the company in the National Capital Region to build residential real estate. Its Headquarter is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the company was established as a residential real estate developer focused on Delhi and the National Capital Region. Over close to three decades the company has grown into a group with a headquarters on Sector 135 and a portfolio that runs across residential apartments, plotted developments and integrated townships in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Mohali and Sohna. Institutional capital has backed that growth along the way: HDFC Fund put ₹200 crore into one of the company's New Delhi projects in 2011, and investors have since included financial institutions such as ICICI Prudential AMC.
Within that footprint, Sector 124 in Noida is where ATS built one of its most architecturally distinct addresses. It is here, at the point where the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway meets the Mahamaya Flyover and the DND Flyway approach to South Delhi, that the group placed ATS Knightsbridge — a project conceived as an ultra-low-density, ultra-large-format residence rather than a conventional high-rise cluster.
ATS Knightsbridge sits on 6.15 acres in Sector 124 and was designed around a single-residence-per-floor model across five towers rising 47 storeys each, with only 215 units in total. Configurations run to 4-bedroom apartments of roughly 6,000 sq ft and 6-bedroom duplex residences of about 10,000 sq ft, a scale that is unusual even within Noida's luxury segment. The towers were designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, with landscaping across the 6.15-acre site handled by the design studio Integral Designs, and the project carries UP-RERA registration UPRERAPRJ3574.
The location logic behind the project is explicit in how ATS has positioned it: the development sits at the gateway of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, right off the Mahamaya Flyover, at the cusp of South Delhi and Noida. That positioning gives residents direct DND Flyway access into South Delhi neighbourhoods such as Ashram and Lajpat Nagar, a factor that has made the project relevant to corporate professionals and entrepreneurs who commute into both cities.
Sector 124 is served by the Magenta Line's Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station, which connects the locality to Janakpuri and IGI Airport, along with additional access via the Botanical Garden and Kalindi Kunj stations on the Violet Line. The sector sits along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is roughly a kilometre from the Amity University campus, while established commercial clusters in Sectors 132, 135 and 142 lie within an 8-10 km radius, and the industrial belts of Sectors 62 and 80 add further employment density within about 13 km. This combination of expressway frontage, metro access and nearby office stock is consistent with the profile ATS has targeted for Knightsbridge — end-users who want a low-density home without giving up a short commute into Delhi or Noida's commercial core.
Social infrastructure around the address includes Mayoor School and Bhardwaj Hospital in the immediate vicinity, alongside Amity University a short drive away, giving the sector the schooling and healthcare layer that large-format family housing depends on. Commercial additions nearby — including business parks such as Advant in Sector 142 and newer office developments coming up along the same expressway corridor — add to the working population that draws rental and resale demand to Sector 124's residential stock.
Sector 124 carries some of the highest per-square-foot values on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway corridor, with average apartment pricing quoted around ₹19,250 per sq ft, and ATS Knightsbridge specifically has been tracked with a year-on-year price movement of 22.6%, reflecting the low-unit-count, large-format structure of the project. That pricing sits meaningfully above the broader sector average, positioning Knightsbridge at the top end of what Sector 124 offers rather than at its median.
ATS Infrastructure's presence in and around Noida extends well beyond Sector 124. The group has delivered projects such as ATS Picturesque Reprieves and ATS Kinghood Drive along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 152, and has an active pipeline of ATS Homekraft-branded developments in Sector 150, including Pious Orchards and Pious Hideaways, aimed at a different, more accessible price band than the ultra-luxury Knightsbridge format. As of recent company disclosures, ATS has delivered close to 4.6 million square metres of residential space with roughly 3.7 million square metres under construction, spanning apartments, townships and commercial developments across North India. That combination of scale in the wider Noida-Greater Noida corridor and a singular flagship in Sector 124 is what continues to anchor the ATS name to this particular address.
