27 years of building homes that outlast the promise
ATS Infrastructure Limited was founded in 1998 by Getamber Anand, a first-generation entrepreneur and Punjab Engineering College graduate who set out to address the growing shortage of quality housing in Delhi and the National Capital Region. Headquartered at ATS Tower, Sector 135, Noida, the company has grown from a single-city residential developer into a multi-state real estate group operating across Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Mohali, Dera Bassi and Dehradun — eight states in total. Institutional investors including HDFC Fund, which committed Rs 200 crore in 2011, and ICICI Prudential AMC have backed the group's expansion over the years.
The company operates as what it describes internally as a "Realty Constructor" — a model that combines strategic land banking with in-house design, construction and post-handover facility management. This vertical integration means ATS controls quality at every stage: from aluminium shuttering and self-climbing formwork technologies introduced to improve structural safety and construction speed, through to the security and maintenance teams that operate within delivered communities. The practical result for homebuyers is a single accountable organisation across the full lifecycle of a home.
Over 27 years the portfolio has grown to span premium residential towers, integrated townships, commercial office parks and retail assets. Residential delivered area stands at approximately 4.6 million square metres, with a further 3.7 million square metres under construction and an annual delivery target of around 5 million square feet. More than 35,000 customers across projects such as ATS Greens, ATS Destinaire, ATS Pristine, ATS Knightsbridge, ATS Kingston Heath, ATS Triumph and ATS Tourmaline on Dwarka Expressway have taken possession. The group has also launched ATS Homekraft, its aspirational mid-income housing vertical backed by HDFC Capital, and ATS Bouquet, its first commercial project. Nirman, a separate EPC entity for roads and highways, and Fusionnet, ranked among India's active ISPs, round out the wider group.
ATS was built on four declared values — assurance, transparency, sincerity and deep respect for nature — and that philosophy shapes decisions at every scale. Getamber Anand served as President of CREDAI National during 2015-17 and completed his tenure as CREDAI Chairman in 2019, representing over 11,500 private developers across India. He also co-chairs the Real Estate Sectoral Committee at FICCI and delivered a leadership address at IIM Ahmedabad in 2015. The second generation of the Anand family — Bani Getamber Anand, a Warwick and Cass Business School graduate, and Udaivir Anand, a former Accenture UK consultant — now leads brand communication, finance, people strategy and technology transformation, ensuring the founding philosophy continues to inform every new address the group creates.

Every ATS residential community is planned around expansive landscaped greens rather than treating open space as residual. Projects such as ATS Greens Sector 150 Noida — positioned along the Yamuna Expressway green belt — are designed so that green cover remains the dominant visual from each apartment. This approach to site planning has shaped the company's identity since its first projects in the late 1990s and is a constant across price segments.

ATS introduced aluminium shuttering and self-climbing formwork to its NCR construction sites, improving structural integrity, reducing cycle time and eliminating reliance on crane-dependent scaffolding. These technologies are deployed by the company's own construction workforce of over 4,500, rather than outsourced to third parties. The result is tighter quality control and a more predictable delivery schedule across simultaneous projects in multiple cities.

The ATS Greens series and the ultra-luxury ATS Knightsbridge in Sector 124, Noida — which received the Hindustan Times Iconic Milestone Project of the Year recognition — represent the company's range from well-appointed mid-premium to high-rise luxury. Configurations run from 2 BHK to large 4 BHK formats across Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and Dwarka Expressway corridors, with projects such as ATS Triumph and ATS Tourmaline targeting Gurugram's professional buyer base.

ATS Homekraft, the group's dedicated mid-income housing vertical backed by HDFC Capital, brings the ATS design and construction standard to a more accessible price point. Floral Pathways in Ghaziabad and the Sohna project near Gurugram — with an investment of approximately Rs 700 crore — are among the flagship Homekraft launches. The vertical recorded property sales of Rs 1,000 crore in its Floral Pathways project alone, signalling strong demand in this segment.

ATS entered commercial real estate with ATS Bouquet, its first office and retail project, expanding a portfolio previously anchored entirely in residential. Commercial and retail assets now complement the group's township-scale developments, providing live-work-shop environments within the same master plan. This broadens the utility of ATS addresses for end-users and supports long-term value retention for homebuyers in adjacent residential towers.
Because ATS controls construction, security, facility management, maintenance and design through dedicated in-house teams rather than outsourcing, every decision that affects build quality or community life is made internally. For the homebuyer this means one organisation is accountable from groundbreaking through to the day-to-day running of the delivered community.

ATS deploys its own construction workforce on every project, using advanced techniques including aluminium shuttering for faster structural cycles and self-climbing formwork for wall construction without crane dependency. This internal capability — spanning a workforce of over 4,500 — means quality standards and construction timelines are managed directly rather than delegated to external contractors.

Expertise is the in-house design company of the ATS Group, responsible for the architecture and interior language applied across high-rise and township projects. The studio inherits the ATS vendor network, ethical culture and quality benchmarks, ensuring that design intent — from light-filled interiors to landscaped outdoor framing — translates into the built product without dilution through external creative handoffs.

After handover, ATS communities are maintained by dedicated in-house security and facility management teams rather than third-party agencies. Round-the-clock maintenance, common area upkeep and community governance are handled within the ATS organisation, sustaining the quality of the living environment over the long term and protecting the asset value of every unit in the complex.

ATS Pragati provides engineering and construction services for roads and highways, hydro and solar power, metro rail and other large-scale infrastructure projects across India. This civil engineering capability underpins the group's ability to handle complex site development internally and reflects the broader construction competence that ATS brings to its residential and commercial projects.

Fusionnet, the ATS Group's internet service provider ranked among India's active ISPs, and the wider ATS Tech Group deliver smart digital infrastructure to ATS homes and offices. Home automation solutions through Agoraa Innovations and connectivity via Fusionnet mean that residents of ATS communities have access to in-house technology services rather than relying on generic external providers.
