ATS Infrastructure Limited was founded in 1998 by Getamber Anand, who built the company as a residential real estate developer focused on Delhi and the National Capital Region before it grew into a diversified group operating in eight states. The company's headquarters sit in Noida itself, at ATS Tower in Sector 135, placing the developer within a few kilometres of its own project in Sector 132. Getamber Anand went on to serve as President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India, giving the group a degree of industry standing that extended beyond its own project list.
For roughly two decades, ATS built its reputation almost entirely on residential addresses across Noida, Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Gurgaon, and Dehradun. ATS Bouquet in Sector 132 marks a deliberate shift: it is the developer's first commercial project and its first venture built specifically for the IT/ITeS segment, a move that took the ATS name from gated residential communities into the office and retail economy of the Noida Expressway.
ATS Bouquet occupies 7.5 acres in Sector 132, structured as three office towers rising G+16 above a low-rise retail block, together holding 605 units of offices and shops. The architecture takes its cues from Chicago's Art Deco tradition, expressed through a cascading massing designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, and the project carries a Gold rating from the Indian Green Business Council. Ninety percent of the built area is set aside for the office towers, with the remaining footprint given to retail, food court and amenity space at ground level.
The project is registered with RERA under UPRERAPRJ2612, and possession has been underway since 2021, with unit registrations reported as active into 2024. Office units are sold in multiples of roughly 805 sq ft, with bare-shell and ready-to-move formats both available, alongside retail shops designed for high-footfall frontage. For a developer whose portfolio had, until this point, consisted almost entirely of apartments, ATS Bouquet represents a controlled, single-project test of the commercial format rather than a sprawling multi-phase office park.
Sector 132 sits directly on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, inside a stretch the local market treats as a de facto business district. The sector is already home to Adobe, and neighbouring commercial addresses include Genpact, HCL, Accenture, TCS, Samsung, KPMG and BHEL, giving ATS Bouquet an existing corporate catchment rather than one it had to build from scratch. The sector also borders Jaypee Wishtown, one of the larger integrated townships on the Expressway, which supplies a resident and working population for the project's retail block.
Connectivity was a central reason the location worked for a first commercial launch. Noida Sector 137 station on the Aqua Line lies roughly 3.5 km away, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway itself runs about 8.3 km from the project, and Mahamaya Flyover is close to 9.7 km, giving both employees and clients road and metro options into central Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi. Indira Gandhi International Airport is roughly 31 km away, with Noida International Airport at Jewar adding a second airport link as that corridor develops further.
Social infrastructure around the sector has filled in substantially since ATS Bouquet was conceived: Delhi Public School, Genesis Global School, JBM Global School, Step by Step School and Somerville International School all operate within Sector 132, and Jaypee Hospital sits close by, factors that matter for a project pitched at office occupiers whose staff live locally.
The wider Noida Expressway office market has moved decisively in ATS Bouquet's favour in the years since possession began. Sectors 126, 127 and 132 have been singled out for their modern buildings and rental rates, and global capability centre leasing on this stretch grew 18% year-over-year through 2024. Sector 132 specifically has seen commercial leasing rise sharply since 2024, reflecting the broader pull of Noida as an alternative to Gurgaon for technology occupiers. Grade-A office rents along the Expressway corridor have been tracked in the INR 75-90 per sq ft range as demand for ready-to-use, green-certified buildings has firmed up.
ATS Bouquet does not stand in isolation within the developer's Noida story. The company's residential catalogue in the city includes ATS Greens in Sector 50, ATS Village in Sector 93A on the Expressway, and later projects such as ATS Destinaire and ATS Kingston Heath in Sector 150, alongside ATS Pristine on the same corridor. Company-reported figures put delivered space at approximately 4.6 million sq m with a further 3.7 million sq m under construction, and a customer base of more than 35,000 across its residential and commercial projects. That scale is the backdrop against which ATS Bouquet should be read: a single commercial asset from a developer whose primary track record was built, floor by floor, in residential Noida before it turned its first office towers over in Sector 132.
