ATS Khyber Range is located on NH 24 in Ghaziabad, close to Columbia Asia Hospital, and can easily be accessed by people living in any part of Ghaziabad. The site sits close to Columbia Asia Hospital and is only about a 30-minute drive from Anand Vihar, keeping it within reach of both established Ghaziabad neighbourhoods and the Delhi border. It is also well connected to the main roads and is a few minutes' drive from Noida Extension, and the project is close to Ghaziabad Railway Station, which links it to the wider rail network. This combination of highway frontage, hospital proximity and rail access is central to why ATS chose Pandav Nagar for a retail-and-entertainment format rather than a purely residential one.
Pandav Nagar is a well-established residential locality situated in the eastern part of Ghaziabad, bordering areas like Arthala and Shalimar Garden Extension.
