First Phase of ATS Province D Olympia Sells Out at ₹1,200 Crore
ATS Homekraft has sold around 400 residential plots for more than Rs 1,200 crore in its new project on Yamuna Expressway on strong consumer demand. The company will develop a 63-acre plotted development project, 'Province D Olympia' on Yamuna Expressway, near the upcoming Noida International airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
The launch encountered investor enthusiasm well above expectations. The company received expression of interests (EOIs) from around 1,000 customers. The initial offering was oversubscribed by 2.5 times, demonstrating significant investor interest. The plots were sold in a price range of Rs 2-4 crore.
Expansion on Existing Land Parcel
Province D Olympia marks a significant expansion of ATS's presence in the region. The plots are part of a larger 100-acre development where ATS has already developed and handed over a group housing project 'ATS Allure' with over 1,100 apartments.
The upcoming developments on the land parcel include a plotted residential project spread across 62+ acres, a state-of-the-art serviced apartments and high street retail of overall 6 lakh sqft. A further 35 acres of the overall development have been left for green spaces with lush landscapes and a world class club house of over 1.5 lakh sqft.

ATS Infrastructure Limited (ATS) is an Indian real estate company, founded in 1998 by Getamber Anand. Its Headquarter is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. ATS Group has delivered more than 50 million square feet till date and has 30 million square feet area under development across Delhi-NCR, Punjab and Mumbai markets.
The Province D Olympia announcement follows other major sales. In October, ATS Homekraft sold entire around 340 luxury homes in first phase of its project 'Sanctuary 105' on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram for Rs 825 crore.

The project is located near the upcoming Noida International airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. The airport is operational. The Master Plan 2041 is an approved statutory document. This infrastructure milestone has shifted market sentiment in the corridor from speculative to anchor-backed.
Plotted developments and affordable-to-mid-segment housing are gaining momentum due to better connectivity and future job creation around the airport. Yamuna Expressway property prices have surged sharply in the last 5 years, with apartments up about 158% and plots exploding by nearly 536% since 2020. In 2026, average flat rates hover near ₹10,200 per sq ft, driven by Jewar Airport, big-ticket infrastructure, and rising end-user demand from Noida and Delhi-NCR.
