First Phase Achieves Complete Sell-Out

ATS Homekraft successfully sold all approximately 340 luxury homes in the first phase of its new project along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, generating ₹825 crore in sales due to strong demand from end-user customers. The response from end-consumers has been overwhelmingly positive, leading to the complete sale of the 334 units released in the first phase, which spans 13 acres. The company received expressions of interest from over 700 potential buyers eager to invest in the project.

Project Scope and Specifications

ATS Homekraft, a flagship company of ATS group, has launched a premium residential project 'Sanctuary 105', which is spread over 13 acres and comprises around 700 apartments. The company will develop a total of around 750 apartments in this project, which has a built up area of 23 lakh square feet and a saleable area of over 16 lakh square feet. Each tower only has two apartments per floor.

The company would also develop 1.3 lakh sq feet high-street retail space within this project.

Project Investment and Timeline

The project cost is about Rs 1,300 crore including land. The construction work has started in this project.

Market Positioning

Udaivir Anand, MD, ATS Homekraft said that the company launched this new luxury housing project at an affordable rate to target end-users and first time homebuyers. "There has been very little supply in the Rs 5-crore category. We have tried to address this gap," Anand added.

Vijay Harsh Jha, founder and CEO of Gurugram-based real estate brokerage firm V S Realtors (I) Pvt Ltd, attributed the rapid sell-out of the new project on the Dwarka Expressway to the strong brand value of ATS Homekraft, as well as the competitive pricing offered compared to other players in the market.
